South Middle School Mission: South Middle School, through a culture of continuous improvement involving all stakeholders, will prepare students to be successful in their future pursuits.

Goals:

1. Learners will be prepared academically to move to the next level of learning at the end of each year.
2. Students will be challenged and have their education enriched based on their personal needs
3. There will be a focus on Math, Reading, and Writing Literacy in all aspects of the instruction at SMS.
4. Students will be taught ownership of their learning and progress.
5. Data will be utilized to determine student growth and needs, with a teaming approach to address those individual needs.
